
Zerve Home Page Design
Founded in 2003, Zerve was a leading provider of ticketing services, software and support for local activity providers. As Design Lead at Zerve Inc, I worked with the product and engineering teams to create a new, responsive Zerve.com site.
The goal of the project was to launch a comprehensive online platform that highlighted the many activities offered to consumers on Zerve.com. Working with stakeholders, I led the design efforts to create an immersive home page that featured deep filtering tools to facilitate consumer discovery. We engaged in an extensive iteration process and focused on both content optimization and marketing messaging. The home page was designed to clearly convey Zerve’s consumer value proposition. We implemented a modular framework to surface a wide variety of robust user generated content unique to Zerve’s brand identity.




Responsive User Generated Content Modules
- The photo slideshow showcased photos from events with voting functionality.
- Dynamic consumer reviews from recent events, provided by verified customers, were featured in an animated display.
- A carousel photo slideshow combined photos and ratings for specific events.

Zerve’s Consumer Value Proposition
I created the individual illustrations for inclusion in the layout.

Early Wireframes
These initial wireframes of the home page addressed basic functionality and features. A variety of content modules were presented to stakeholders.
