Zerve Mobile Purchase Flow
I worked extensively on the user interface design of Zerve’s mobile-optimized e-commerce site. The mobile e-commerce product was comprised of marketing pages such as the merchant’s main activity page, calendar of events, customer reviews templates and the purchase flow.
We started with Zerve’s existing desktop purchase flow and identified which features were most critical to mobile success. I created wireframes for Zerve’s mobile-optimized purchase flow and captured components for inclusion. The mobile product was built based on synthesized requirements from our product and engineering teams. I worked closely with both teams on the design and also developed the visual language for mobile components. As Zerve’s mobile e-commerce product evolved, I continued to work on refining the UI/UX and applied best practices specific to our industry as well as those used in mobile products in the broader market space.

Main Activity Marketing Page
Users were exposed to customer ratings, activity description and provided with the functionality to select a date and time to check ticket availability.

Main Activity Marketing Page
Information such as activity description, FAQs and policies was provided in a tabbed module.

Mobile Calendar of Events
A merchant’s activities were listed by date and time on their mobile calendar. Users could scroll to view activities in chronological order or jump to a specific date to view available activities.

User Generated Content
Mobile fan pages contained photos that a user submitted for an event they attended along with their review of the event. Reviews were listed with activities along with the overall rating summary.

Mobile Optimized Purchase Flow Wireframes
I created and refined wireframes to capture the entire mobile purchase flow. I worked with stakeholders as we updated requirements.
